Calling All Frontline Staffers!

Please join your League for the webinar, Frontline Series: Tellers Regulations - An Overview, on Monday, May 18, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. This is an important webinar for all frontline and supervisors. Employees on the frontline are the people our members first approach when they have a question about their accounts. As the first point of contact, it’s important to understand the regulations that puzzle most members.

Webinar leader, Gaye DeCesare, is the President of COMPASS 4 CUs, LLC, a Credit Union Service Organization owned by Belvoir Federal Credit Union, where she also serves as Chief Administrative Officer  for this informative webinar. He will highlight Regulation D, Regulation E, Truth In Savings, and go over the Share Insurance Overview. After this webinar, both new and experienced staff will feel more comfortable answering questions from members about many issues related to their accounts at the credit union.
