Rodney Hood served as the eleventh NCUA Chairman from April 8, 2019 to January 25, 2021. As a Board Member, Hood serves as the NCUA’s representative on the Board of Directors of NeighborWorks America, one of the nation’s leading affordable housing and community development organizations. Prior to that he served as a corporate responsibility manager for JPMorgan Chase, managing national partnerships to promote financial inclusion, and shared prosperity in underserved communities.
Tyrone Muse is President and CEO of Endicott, NY-based Visions Federal Credit Union. Muse oversees 650 employees across 51 branches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Over his first four years as CEO, he and his leadership team grew Visions’ assets by $1 billion. Tyrone also serves on the Board of Directors of CUNA Mutual Group, joining the board in November 2019.
Tanya Van Court is the founder and CEO of Goalsetter. She was inspired by her daughter, Gabrielle, who said for her 9th birthday she hoped to receive enough money to start an investment account. Prior to launching Goalsetter, Van Court ran digital preschool and parenting products at Nickelodeon. Van Court was also responsible for launching major consumer products in large media companies, including Optimum Voice at Cablevision and ESPN3 at ESPN.
Carlos Molina is responsible for assisting credit unions nationwide in identifying areas of risk in their operations and recommending appropriate controls to reduce loss exposures. He also holds the following designations: Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), CUNA Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME).
