On August 11, Brewer FCU held its 5th Annual Disc Golf Tournament to benefit the Campaign for Ending Hunger. Ten teams took to the course for an afternoon of fun in support of a worthy cause. With the help of 18 sponsors, Brewer FCU raised more than $1,500!
“Each year we are supported by many sponsors, fantastic disc golf players, and DR Disc Golf to make this event happen,” said Dave DeFroscia, President and CEO of Brewer FCU. “It’s yet another example of how wonderful our community and members are.”
Brewer FCU is deeply committed to raising money for the Campaign for Ending Hunger. The credit union supports local food pantries, including CHEFS in Holden and the Brewer Food Cupboard.
