Attendees will address why some people are more difficult than others and review emotional maturity and how it impacts the way you handle yourself under stress. You will also learn the skills you need to work with difficult personality types in a professional manner. You’ll also take the time to determine your own conflict-resolution style and cover new tactics to confront conflict.
