The Bangor Chapter of CUs gathered on May 23 for their annual Children’s Miracle Network Dinner and Auction to raise funds for a very worthy local cause. This year’s Miracle Child, Ellie, and her family were the evening’s guests of honor, and received special gifts from the Chapter.
During the dinner event, the Chapter hosted three auctions which raised over $9,500. In addition, Chapter credit unions also sold hundreds of raffle tickets for a chance to win Darling’s Waterfront concert tickets and $750!
This year’s event raised over $27,000. Funds raised will be paid directly to Northern Light-EMMC’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
