This new service delivers personalized interaction while providing a safe alternative to in-person banking. Individuals can now video chat with Atlantic FCU’s staff from a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet to securely complete loan applications and sign all the necessary forms.
“With videoconferencing becoming widely accepted, we are thrilled to offer people the opportunity to safely and securely access a loan without having to walk into a branch,” said Scott Chretien, Chief Executive Officer and President at Atlantic FCU. “We believe this is a great option to serve those who want to restrict in-person banking. Currently, the video banking technology is being used to help deliver service for individuals seeking a personal loan such as a car, boat, or RV. Soon, Video Banking by Atlantic also will be available to those looking to open a new account or seek assistance with any of their banking needs.
