Atlantic FCU Announces Chief Experience Officer


Atlantic FCU has announced that Christopher McGorrill, Chief Marketing Officer, will assume the role of Chief Experience Officer. McGorrill will oversee the retail branches, contact center, and marketing.

“With Chris’ extensive knowledge in marketing and branding, he is the right fit to take us to the next level,” shared Scott Chretien, President/CEO at Atlantic FCU. “Since our member experience directly impacts member satisfaction, this promotion is a business strategy that makes sense for Atlantic.”

“How we present and interact with members represents a large part of the experience with Atlantic,” said McGorrill. “I’m eager to be working with a wide range of talented people who share the same passion.”

One of those talented people McGorrill spoke of was Robyn King. She also was promoted to the position of Director of Marketing.

“Robyn has been Atlantic’s brand champion since she started in December 2017,” shared Chretien said. “Her role in developing and executing marketing strategies has increased every year. This new title reflects her impact at Atlantic.”
