Registration is now open for the League’s Volunteers’ Conference, taking place at the beautiful Samoset Resort on November 3 – 4. To kickoff this annual event, the League will be bringing back its Legislative Forum featuring special guest Pat Callaghan. A full conference agenda will be shared soon and session topics will include:

- Compliance Risks & Trends
- Economic and Demographic Conditions in Maine
Please secure your registration before October 25 and book your early room reservations soon. The League looks forward to hosting your credit union’s board and supervisory committee members in Rockport.
Pricing
The program fee is $199. No program refunds will be given after October 25. Meal packages are priced separately. Please indicate the appropriate meal package(s) for conference registrant(s) and all guest(s) if applicable. No meal package refunds will be given after October 20.
Accommodations
If your credit union did not submit an Early Room Reservation Form to Jordan Inkley, reservations for overnight rooms may be made beginning September 18 by booking online or calling the Samoset Resort directly at 800-341-1650. Please mention the Maine Credit Union League Volunteers’ Conference to obtain the conference room rates. The rates are as follows:
- $159 – Standard View/Garden View Room
- $189 – Partial Ocean View/Ocean Front Room
- $219 – Superior Ocean Front Room
- $249 – Garden View Suite
- $309 – Ocean Front Suite
- $339 – Ocean Front Suite with hot tub
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The cut-off date for the discounted conference room rate is October 12. Because rooms sell out each year, please confirm the number of rooms you will need before making your reservations. Overbooking rooms and late cancellations prevents others from staying at the resort. Please email Jordan Inkley with cancellations. Any reservation that is canceled less than 72 hours prior to the conference will be charged one night’s full room rate by the resort.
