The League is proud to share our 2023 Impact Report, which summarizes the meaningful contributions the League and Maine credit unions have made over the past year. This annual report highlights our shared accomplishments and demonstrates why the credit union and league system is so impactful. It also focuses on how we have overcome challenges, grown, and evolved together to strengthen our movement, both nationally and in Maine.
Credit union CEOs have been mailed two copies of the 2023 Impact Report. Additional copies can be provided to your credit union. Please email Kelley Souza or Jen Burke if you would like to have additional copies sent to your credit union. In addition, the report has been posted to our website. Synergent Marketing Services has also produced an interactive digital publication version of the report, which can be found on our website as well. We encourage you to share the report with your credit union volunteers and staff.
No matter the circumstance, it is the League’s job to ensure your credit union has the resources it needs to make a meaningful difference. Whether that’s advocating on your behalf in Augusta or Washington, DC, mitigating fraud, managing risk, strengthening your workforce, or raising money to feed your neighbors—we work hard to ensure your credit union remains current and forward-thinking.
The credit union industry will be facing some critical issues in the year ahead. Interchange, fraud, cannabis banking, data security, and privacy are just a few examples. The League looks forward to representing your voice and advocating on your behalf in 2024 so you can concentrate on what matters most—your members!
