Advanced Supervisor – Becoming a Great Leader and Coach

Anyone can be a supervisor, but not everyone knows how to be a coach. Join Jane Thomas , your League's Director of Education for the workshop, Advanced Supervisor – Becoming a Great Leader and Coach, on Tuesday, July 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook.

Attendees will learn to manage their team and lead employees to do their best work. Investing in your employees is important for team leaders and the entire functionality of the team. You will learn to set high expectations and coach up to them. You'll also learn to take time to develop your employees and uncover common performance issues and how to handle it.
