Accolades For Facilities, Planning At Pineland Open House

Last week, Synergent hosted an Open House for credit unions to see first-hand the new Pineland Operations Center and BCP Site.  The site, which opened in January, is now regularly staffed with personnel from nearly all of Synergent's divisions.

Nearly 30 representatives attended the Open House on Thursday, June 11, including a number of CEOs and Board members.  Visitors were treated to a tour of the facility and an overview of operations.  There was universal applause from attendees.  Diana Garcia, President/CEO of Semiconductor FCU, remarked, "I am impressed with the level of detail and planning that went into this facility, especially with an eye on expanding.  The site is very well-done."  Ryan Poulin, President/CEO of New Dimesions FCU, added, "The workspace is really focused on the future needs, and the level of technology and commitment of resources provides a high level of comfort from a user perspective."

Bill Ashland, Synergent's Director of BCP and Facilities, oversaw the construction and design process at Pineland.  He explained, "With an initial build-out foot print of 4,200 square feet, it can support current staffing and recovery site needs and expand in the future as needed.  The infrastructure is being built to support a full production data center for Synergent."

John Murphy, President/CEO of your League and Synergent, said, "It is gratifying to see the finished product and to showcase the new site to our users and prospective partners.  We appreciate the strong support of our Board and credit unions in recognizing the importance of having a state-of-the-art facility to serve as a second Operations Center and BCP site."
