All credit union employees who have duties related to Human Resources will benefit from the upcoming Maine CU HR Council workshop, Managing Staff Performance and Behavior: Legal Considerations and Leadership Strategies. Join the Council for this workshop on Tuesday, June 2, at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook.
Workshop attendees will have the chance to hear from three guest speakers who will bring their knowledge and expertise to the table. The morning session will feature guest speaker, Daniel Rose, Attorney with Drummond Woodsum. He will focus on the legal considerations and best practices for developing fair and effective guidelines for employee discipline while minimizing risk to your credit union. The afternoon will focus on coaching, mentoring, and counseling led by two guest speakers, Christina Carter of Christina Carter of KMA Consulting and Jodi Flynn of Luma Coaching.

The cost for HR Council Members to attend is $30 per person and for non-members it is $155, which includes the Council membership. Both prices include lunch and workshop materials.
