Maine JobLink is a no-cost, web-based, self-service job matching system that connects job seekers with local employers like you!
Creating an account with Maine JobLink is fast and easy. Once your account profile is complete, you’ll have 24/7 access to the site allowing you to:
- Manage your company profile
- Create a job posting or edit an existing one
- Search for, review, and save job seeker resumes
- Receive email and text alerts about new resumes
- Track recruitment activities
To create an employer account, visit https://joblink.maine.gov/ada/r/employer. All businesses must submit their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and SEIN (also known as the State of Maine Unemployment tax number) when registering for an account.
Looking for another reason to utilize this free tool? If you are unable to find the right candidate for your position after posting on Maine JobLink, the Maine CareerCenter will provide additional marketing and recruiting for you. This could include participating in a local job fair, posting on Maine JobLink’s social media sites, and corresponding with county career counselors.
