Northeast Credit Union Opens Branch of the Future in Hooksett, New Hampshire

Northeast Credit Union (NECU) is pleased to announce that it has completed construction of its new, branch of the future, in Hooksett, New Hampshire which will be ready to serve the Greater Manchester communities. This high-tech facility located at 1289 Hooksett Road, introduces new levels of technology that offer a high-touch, high-tech experience for members, Smart ATMs at the drive-up and a non-traditional branch layout. Smart ATMs transactions are handled through real time video by NECU team members allowing members to ask questions on their accounts, even open new accounts from the convenience of their vehicle. In-branch service will offer members a more robust interaction with the staff as the newly designed teller pods break away from the traditional barrier-type teller line, and offer a more progressive, collaborative, and open concept for a richer more personal member experience. This new facility embraces an open retail environment, a comfortable atmosphere, with wireless internet and a coffee bar.

“This branch relocation will offer greater convenience for our members, all in a more contemporary and inviting space.
