At the conclusion of the Maine CU League’s 80th Annual Meeting on Friday, May 18, the Maine CU League Board met briefly to elect new Table Officers for 2018-19.
The Board met and unanimously elected the following officers for 2018-19: Chair – Tucker Cole, President/CEO of Maine State CU; Vice Chair – Joann Bisson, President/CEO of Trademark FCU; Secretary – David Desjardins, President/CEO of Acadia FCU; and Treasurer – Scott Chretien, President/CEO of Atlantic FCU.
Other Board news also saw the re-election of Joann Bisson to a new, three year term as an at-large Director, and Christine Devine, who was elected by the Kennebec Valley Chapter of CUs to replace Rick Lachance as its Director, officially joined the Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. Lachance served on the Board for 13 years, including the past two as Chair, announced earlier this spring that he was stepping down immediately following the meeting not only as Chair but from the Board.
