You asked – we listened!  Our Spring Workshop will feature two interactive sessions focusing on topics that are relevant to you and your credit union.

Join us for breakfast and networking at 9:30 AM, followed by a session that will cover Marketing Psychology, providing you advice on how to develop thought-provoking content that ensures people read what you write.

After lunch, we will transition to a discussion on marketing to Generation Z and outline steps you can take now to market your products and services to this new breed of credit union customers.

Our morning facilitator, Hannah Richards, is a content marketing and social media strategist at Ethos, working with clients to increase brand value, better communicate with customers, and affect behavioral change via content and social media marketing. She has worked with both local and national brands including Oakhurst Dairy, DuraLife Decking, First National Bank, The Wild Blueberry Association, and others to create custom content and social media marketing plans that are strategic, measurable and effective. She is Inbound Marketing and Hubspot certified, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from Clark University with a B.A. in International Development and Economics. She lives in Cumberland, Maine, with her husband, Dan, and daughters, Mia and Lucy.

Our afternoon facilitator, Hilary Reed, is the founder of Empower Strategic Solutions, and an innovative thought-leader who has been involved in various aspects of strategic sales and marketing for 15 years. Her career began in 2000 when she founded the Internet Sales & Marketing department for one of the largest automotive dealerships in the Northeast, making this dealership a trailblazer for digital sales technologies, marketing tactics, and CRM tools. Hilary has since partnered with numerous organizations such as credit unions, real estate firms, and automotive dealerships to meet growth challenges, uncover new sources of revenue, and bring a rare mix of bold imagination and refined professionalism.

Conference fee of $175 includes a continental breakfast and catered lunch. Credit unions must pay 2019 Council Dues to attend.  2019 Council dues are $185 per credit union.
