Communication in Action | 12:30 – 1:30 pm
In the afternoon, hear from a panel of experienced credit union leaders who will share their “Top 10 Tips for Effective Communication” across a variety of real-world topics, including:
- Advocacy and legislation
- Change management
- Social media and public messaging
- Community engagement
- Internal employee communication
Each panelist will offer actionable strategies based on lived experience—what works, what doesn’t, and what they’ve learned along the way.
Interactive Group Activity | 1:30 – 3:00 pm
Following the panel, attendees will break into small group sessions for a deeper dive into the panel topics. Each group will collaborate to develop their own “Top 10 List” to bring back and apply within their own credit unions. The day will conclude by sharing key points and insights together as a network.
