Dirigo FCU is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of four dedicated team members who have been promoted to Vice President positions. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional leadership, expertise, and commitment to the credit union’s members and organization.
Debra Conrad has been promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Conrad joined the Dirigo FCU team in March 1992 and has been a driving force behind the credit union’s mortgage lending success. Her extensive experience, unwavering dedication, and ability to navigate complex mortgage approvals while ensuring compliance have made a lasting impact.
Josh Andrei has been promoted to Vice President of Information Security and Technology. Since joining the credit union in March 2016, he has played a critical role in protecting and advancing Dirigo’s technology infrastructure. His proactive approach to cybersecurity and innovative mindset keeps the credit union’s systems secure and running smoothly.
Timothy Dalton has been promoted to Vice President of Retail Lending. Dalton has demonstrated strong leadership, outstanding sales skills, and a commitment to mentoring the lending team since he joined the credit union in October 2019. His efforts have strengthened the credit union’s retail lending services and helped drive results to benefit members.
Kasey Perron has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. Since joining Dirigo in September 2020, Perron has shown remarkable growth in her role. Her financial expertise and dedication have been instrumental in managing financial operations effectively and ensuring long-term stability.
