Capital Area FCU strikes it big at their annual Bowl-a-Thon.
Capital Area FCU’s annual Bowl-a-Thon was a striking success, raising $2,545 to support Special Olympics Maine! This year, the credit union expanded the event to include the entire community—and the response was incredible. They filled the bowling alley with energy, enthusiasm, and generosity, all in support of an amazing cause.
The credit union is especially grateful to their corporate sponsors who helped make this special fundraiser possible including RA Robinson, Statewide Towing, CU Insurance Solutions, and Detail King. They also want to acknowledge everyone who made pledges and participated—all of this support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes.
Capital Area FCU believes in the power of community and the importance of giving back. They look forward to seeing even more community members at next year’s event which will again benefit this incredible organization.
