Compliance is an incredibly important focus for credit unions within the industry—including here in Maine. To help your staff gain crucial insights and ensure they’re on top of the latest trends in compliance, the League is offering a two-day Compliance Conference on March 17 and 18 at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Freeport.
“The League’s Compliance Conference provides opportunities for credit union employees to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest regulatory and statutory changes,” shared Ellen Parent, the League’s Director of Compliance. “The conference features nationally recognized compliance experts as well as local experts, making it a great value for staff at any Maine credit union. It also presents a great opportunity for networking for those in compliance roles, while including ample topic-specific information to be of value to lenders, branch managers, and those in other management roles.”
