Maine Credit Unions’ new adult financial education curriculum is now available for credit unions to use! This innovative grab-and-go curriculum shares helpful budgeting tips to improve financial wellness. Credit union volunteers can easily utilize this turnkey resource at food pantries, rotary clubs, and other community organizations. The curriculum, including both the Educator Guide for facilitators and the Money Book for adult learners, is online and free for all Maine credit unions to download for use.
The League invites you to join Jake Holmes, Director of Outreach & Strategic Planning, for a Train the Trainer Adult Education Workshop at no cost to your credit union. This workshop will take place via Zoom for any credit unions interested in learning more. This is a great opportunity to walk through the new curriculum and get answers to any questions you may have.
