Cumberland County FCU is thrilled to announce it will be hosting an Ending Hunger Pickleball Tournament on Thursday, June 20 at Foreside Fitness in Falmouth. This special event will raise funds for Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger. Pickleball enthusiasts at all levels are encouraged to join the credit union for an afternoon of fun to benefit an important cause within our movement.
“We are excited to bring people together through the joy of pickleball while supporting a cause that aligns with our values,” said Scott Harriman, President & CEO at Cumberland County FCU. “This event reflects our commitment to our communities and making a difference in the lives of those we serve.”
The Pickleball Tournament will follow a round-robin format that begins at 2:00 pm. First- and second-place winners will receive cash prizes. Additionally, attendees can look forward to a 50/50 raffle and snacks made by Meet on the Street catering.
