The festive team from Five County CU posed for a photo following their “Power Hour.”
On March 14, a team from Five County CU volunteered their time to support The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital’s annual Cares for Kids Radiothon. This special event raises money to support the hospital’s programs, equipment, and services.
During Five County CU’s “Power Hour,” $2,700 was pledged to the hospital and matched by the credit union. In total, Five County donated $6,800 to support this year’s radiothon.
Five County CU was joined by Trademark FCU in serving as a 2024 event sponsor. Since 2006, supporters of the Cares for Kids Radiothon have raised over $4.2 million for The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center.
