Tanya Verzoni
New Dimensions FCU is pleased to announce the promotion of Tanya Verzoni to Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development. In her new role, Verzoni will develop and execute human resource strategies that attract, retain, and develop talent to support the credit union’s growth.
More specifically, Verzoni will oversee recruiting; onboarding; performance management; leadership development; succession planning; compensation analysis; benefits administration; employee engagement initiatives; and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. She also will continue leading the staff training function and oversight of the Financial Education Department.
“I’m thrilled to step into this new role focused on supporting our incredible staff,” said Verzoni. “My top priorities are fostering a positive, engaging culture and providing development opportunities to help our team members grow personally and professionally. Our people are what make New Dimensions FCU special, and I’m committed to helping them thrive.”
Verzoni joined New Dimensions FCU in 2017 as Director of Financial Education and Staff Development. Over the next several years, she took on additional responsibilities related to financial education and training, including crafting a new onboarding program for new hires. Her background and passion for developing employees made her a natural fit to transition into human resources.

Originally from Waterville, Verzoni lives locally with her husband Chris and beloved dog Kalley. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and going on spontaneous adventures.
