Maine State CU is pleased to announce that Nicole Hotchkin has joined the credit union and will lead the residential lending efforts across Maine.
“We are happy to have someone with Nicole’s experience and knowledge of the Maine housing market join our organization,” said Brie-Anne Mellor, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “She will help us to develop and build our mortgage product portfolio, create efficiencies, and improve our online systems.”
Before joining Maine State CU, Hotchkin was a Vice President/Senior Retail Loan Officer at Camden National Bank at its Belfast location. She will remain in the Midcoast region and join the Rockland team at 168 Camden Street.
“I am very excited to be part of an organization with such a strong culture and community focus,” said Hotchkin. “As a lender, I love helping people get into the house of their dreams, whether it is their first one, their forever one, or a place to get away. Maine State CU has been very welcoming, and I am excited to help the organization continue to grow.”
Hotchkin lives in the mid-coast area with her family and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Waldo County. She supports local youth hockey, lacrosse, and baseball teams and spends time hiking in the Camden Hills.
