Trademark FCU is pleased to share three employee promotions. Jessica Dumont has been promoted to Branch Manager, Wendy Dyer has been promoted to Operations Processor, and Kelsey Wood has been promoted to Relationship Banker.
Jessica began her career at Trademark FCU as a Part-Time Teller at its Augusta branch and has been promoted multiple times since she began her tenure at the credit union. She has proven that she values the member experience and has a passion for educating members about their financial decisions and well-being.
“Over the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure to get to know and help so many members and their families,” shared Dumont. “I’m looking forward to my continued growth with Trademark and to share my passion for helping people.”
Wendy joined the Trademark FCU team as the Augusta Branch Manager during the height of pandemic. She had a positive outlook on all situations and worked hard to ensure the member experience never faltered. Her eye for detail and strong work ethic makes her a perfect fit for her new position.
“I am excited to be taking on this new role to help provide enhanced service for our members,” shared Dyer.
Kelsey began her career at the credit union as an eService Representative in the Augusta branch last year. She has a passion for financial wellness, education, and member service. As the new Relationship Banker, she has truly immersed herself in the position.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and learn how to assist members in tackling new challenges,” said Wood.
