League Compliance Director Ellen Parent has been participating in a multi-year working group to examine e-titling with representatives from the automotive and financial services industries, technology companies, and BMV staff. The working group will soon be submitting their first report to the Legislature. E-titling is expected to be implemented in Maine within the next 18-24 months.
