Supporting their neighbors and uplifting their communities is what Evergreen CU is all about. On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, the credit union put their commitment to service to work by volunteering for three important causes in Cumberland County.
With shovels and saws in hand, employees helped clear trails at Blue Point Preserve in Scarborough and Mill Brook Preserve in Windham. A third group of employees spent time helping at the South Portland Food Cupboard.
Serving one’s community is always a great way to spend the day. Hats off to the team at Evergreen CU team for putting the People Helping People philosophy into action.
