Join the team from New Dimensions FCU on June 5 for the credit union’s 7th Annual Cruisin’ for a Cure Car Show to benefit the Maine Children’s Cancer Program (MCCP). This year’s event will be held at an exciting new location—the Robert LaFleur Airport—with more space than ever before!
The car show will take place rain or shine from 10 am-2 pm. Registration begins at 8 am. Entries cost $10 and prizes will be awarded for the Best of Show and People’s Choice.
Spectators will be asked to donate $3 to benefit MCCP, though payment is not required. During the event, participants can choose from a variety of classes like Antique Cars, Street Rods, Trucks, and more. Download the event flyer to see a full list of class options.
“Raising funds to benefit the Maine Children’s Cancer Program is important to everyone working at our credit union,” said Tammy Poissonnier, Marketing Director at New Dimensions FCU. “The CO-OP Miracle Match will award our credit union up to $10,000 in matching funds, so we are motivated to get the biggest turnout possible.”
In advance of the event, the credit union is selling 50/50 raffle tickets, as well as super raffle tickets for a chance to win a pair of rustic rockers and a fire pit. Raffle tickets can be purchased at any of the credit union’s four branch locations or during the car show. Winners will be announced during the event.
