NorState FCU has announced that it is accepting applications for its 2021 scholarship program. Any student who has been accepted to an institution of higher education, is an active NorState FCU member, and attends a high school located in Aroostook County or in northern Penobscot County can apply.
“NorState believes in giving back to the communities we live in and to the members we serve,” said Susan G. Whitehead, NorState FCU Chief Executive Officer. “Scholarship assistance, along with other products and services offered by NorState FCU, can enhance a student’s financial well-being.”
A total of six $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in June. The deadline to apply for a scholarship is May 17, 2021. Applications are available online.
