For the second year in a row, Forbes announced its list of America’s Best-In-State Credit Unions and three credit unions in Maine have been honored with this prestigious distinction: Cumberland County Federal Credit Union, Atlantic Federal Credit Union, and NorState Federal Credit Union.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 25,000 consumers nationwide and analyze how their financial institutions scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five sub-dimension categories (trust; terms and conditions; branch services; digital services; and financial advice).
Upon being notified about her credit union’s award, Susan G. Whitehead, CEO of NorState Federal Credit Union said, “Our credit union’s team delivers. When executing the important work of the credit union, they showcase the highest level of professionalism and best service humanly possible for our members.”
