Maine is featured as a “State in the Spotlight” in Callahan & Associates’ latest Credit Union Strategy and Performance newsletter, due to strong loan growth in the third quarter of 2018.
According to the article, annual loan growth was 2.4% higher than one year ago and 44 basis points higher than New England credit unions in the third quarter – statistics which reflect Maine’s credit unions’ strengthened member relationships. Shares and earnings were also up in Q3.
