Long-time CU employee, League Award Winner passes away


Earlier this week, Bev Wallace, long-time TruChoice FCU employee and the 2017 recipient of the Jeannette G. Morin Award for Outstanding CU Employee, passed away.  Wallace, who retired in June, after a 39-year career with the credit union, was well known and respected by her co-workers and others in the CU System.

Ken Acker, President/CEO of TruChoice FCU, said, "Bev dedicated 39 years to TruChoice and our members. She was a mentor and a friend to all. She loved spending time with members and helping them make their financial dreams come true. She will be missed."

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Windham Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee, 434 River Rd., Windham, where a funeral service will be celebrated at 11am on Saturday, December 2, 2017.

The League expresses sincere condolences to all of Bev's family and friends on her passing.
