Improve Communication, Work More Efficiently

Join Jane Thomas for the session, CU Professional – Communicating More Effectively on Tuesday, August 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook.  When it comes to effective communication, there is always room to improve! Whether it's writing techniques, verbal ques, or listening skills, there are ways to make your communication top-notch.

In this training, Jane will cover a variety of different topics relating to communication styles and make sure attendees leave with a better understanding of professional written communication.  This is a great refresher course or those who are looking to brush up their communication skills.
