Please join Jane Thomas for the informative course, Supervisor University: Hiring and Appraisal Management Process, on Thursday March 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at Bangor Federal Credit Union on Hogan Road in Bangor.
Attendees will learn to develop questions and strategies to determine the qualities you are looking for in a successful candidate. Additionally, the course will cover the four phases in the performance cycle and conducting interviews that focus on the qualities and characteristics you are looking for at your credit union.
