As the days get longer and spring slowly peers its head, that can only mean one thing - registration for the Maine Credit Union League's 77th Annual Meeting & Convention is underway. A quick check of the calendar finds that this year's Convention is now only two months away so it will be here before you know it.
The 2015 Annual Meeting & Convention takes place May 15-16, at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland. The "unofficial" kick-off of Convention festivities begins a day earlier with the Maine CU League's Annual Convention Golf Tournament for Ending Hunger. Though the field of 144 golfers is full, sponsorship opportunities starting as low as $125 are still available. There are also a limited number of Exhibitor and Advertising opportunities still available, too.
The theme of the 2015 Annual Meeting & Convention is "Maine's Credit Unions - Envision. Lead. Succeed," a theme that captures many of the key components of the successful partnership between your League, Maine's credit unions and other partners. "From powerful speakers and sessions to networking and exhibits that demonstrate a cooperative structure that reinforces innovation and growth opportunities, the Convention and Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to come together and celebrate not only our strengths but our opportunities," remarked your League's President John Murphy.
