Tellers: Part Two is Here!

If you're a seasoned teller or have already completed Part One of the Certified Teller Specialist program, you are ready for Part Two. Please join Jane Thomas for a two-day session on Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook.

The Certified Teller Specialist: Part Two course will go over crossing selling and learn the secrets to making sales a natural part of interactions with your members. Participants will also discover the key components of professional service and sales and learn the importance of building relationships with members to create member loyalty.
