Participants will explore the critical impact managers have on retention, performance, and the overall employee experience.
Through real-world examples and actionable guidance, this session covers key management responsibilities including maintaining a respectful workplace, handling conflict and employee complaints, recognizing early warning signs of workplace issues, and understanding reporting obligations related to harassment and bullying. Attendees will also learn best practices for performance management, documentation, consistency, and leading by example in day-to-day interactions.
By the end of the session, participants will have the tools and confidence to navigate common management challenges, strengthen trust within their teams, and lead in a way that supports both employees and organizational success.
