Virtual Member Service Representative I (Hybrid)

Atlantic FCU is hiring a Virtual Member Service Representative I for hybrid work out of its South Portland location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in completing transactions, including opening new personal and business accounts and referring consumer, real estate, and commercial loans.
  • Identify loan needs and opportunities for new and existing members. Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
  • Assist in account maintenance, which can include stop payments, check orders, address changes, etc.
