Trademark FCU has introduced a special new way of recognizing exceptional employees. Through its quarterly Vision and Valor Award for Employee Excellence, the credit union will honor team members who demonstrate outstanding leadership, dedication, and a strong commitment to Trademark’s vision, mission, and values. The first-ever Vision and Valor Award was recently presented to April Canwell.
There are many reasons why Canwell deserves this honor. Her colleagues at the credit union highlighted just a few:
