The Maine Credit Union League hopes to see you at this year’s Legislative Forum, our signature political event that unites credit union leaders, policymakers, and advocates for a day of engaging discussion, networking, and a closer look at the political and policy issues that matter most to our movement. If you haven’t yet registered, there’s still time to join us gain valuable insight into the issues shaping our industry.
Event Details:
- Date: Thursday, November 6, 2025
- Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
- Location: Portland Regency Hotel | 20 Milk St, Portland, ME
- REGISTER HERE (Must be logged in to the League website)
We’re especially excited to welcome Matt Lewis as our keynote speaker. A nationally recognized conservative commentator, Lewis has built a reputation as an intellectually honest and thought-provoking voice in political media.
The Forum will also include our annual Silent Auction to benefit the Credit Union Legislative Action Council (CULAC). Your participation supports the work of credit union champions in-office, ensuring our message remains front-and-center in the political process.
How You Can Support:
We’re still seeking auction items, and we need your help. If you’ve been thinking about donating, now is the time. Every item makes a difference and helps us reach our fundraising goals to support advocacy efforts that protect and promote the credit union movement. Popular contributions include:
- Gift certificates
- Themed baskets
- Tech items (such as AirPods Pro or Bose headphones)
- Tickets to sporting events or concerts
Your donation directly contributes to the success of the event and supports our advocacy efforts on behalf of Maine’s credit unions.
If you have questions about the auction, please contact Ethan Barber, League Manager of Governmental Affairs, at (207) 773-5671 ext. 423 or ebarber@mainecul.org.
The full event agenda and additional details will be shared soon, but you’ll want to save your seat now and get involved. For registration or program questions, please contact Jordan Inkley, Conference & Events Manager, at jinkley@mainecul.org.
