Credit union employees can participate in professional development opportunities with CUNA and earn an official CUNA certificate or professional designation. Six credit union employees from Community CU recently earned their CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) designation. This certification provides credit union employees with the skills and knowledge they need to help guide their members to sound financial decisions.
