Registration Required for CUOnline User Accounts

Last week, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) sent out an important reminder to credit unions. To comply with Executive Order 14028—Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity—the NCUA has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the CUOnline application. If your credit union has not already done so, please register your account. Failure to complete the registration may interfere with regulatory filings.

Per NCUA:

  1. You should have received an email from noreply@okta.com asking you to register your account (which we associated with the CUOnline user role you previously held).
  2. User accounts we created are formatted like an email address and may look like “Mary@12345.cu.” Note, this number is not your charter number.
  3. Please follow the instructions in the email you received from Okta.

For questions or assistance with the multi-factor login, please contact technical support by email at onestop@ncua.gov or call 1-800-827-3255.
