Register for the New England Financial Executives Council’s Fall Event

October is almost here, which means the New England Financial Executives Council’s fall event is only a few weeks away. Don’t miss your opportunity to network with your peers and learn how you can attract and retain quality employees at your credit union.

The event, taking place on October 11 at the Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth, will feature a morning session led by Janie Warner, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP. Janie’s presentation, “Blocking and Tackling: Hiring and Retention in a Robust Economy,” will include strategies for attracting applicants with the right skills, as well as creative ways to incentive them to stay at your organization.

Following lunch, Laura Caton, Senior Consultant with the Cornerstone Group, will address talent optimization, the cost of disengagement, and using a diagnostic approach to understanding employees.
