PeoplesChoice CU Makes Donations to Help Feed Those In Need

Luke Labbe, President/CEO at PeoplesChoice CU, highlights funds raised for the Campaign for Ending Hunger.

During PeoplesChoice Credit Union’s annual member meeting, it is a tradition to present local organizations that provide food to people in need with a financial donation. Because of COVID-19, the credit union’s annual meeting is postponed, but the assistance that these organizations depend on is not!

PeoplesChoice CU is pleased to announce it will be presenting checks directly to four school districts and sixteen food pantries. Recognizing that help is needed now, the credit union is delivering checks immediately to help these organizations continue their important work in the community.

“PeoplesChoice Credit Union raised more than $27,000 in support of the Campaign for Ending Hunger—a new record for our credit union,” said Luke Labbe, President/CEO of PeoplesChoice Credit Union. “We want to turn these funds around as quickly as possible to support our community. We are deeply appreciative of the work local school districts and food pantries are doing to keep people fed and healthy during this challenging time.”
