New League Program Offering: Building Management Excellence


The League is excited to announce a new program offering, Building Management Excellence. Join us as we team up with Bill Nagle of Angle Up Consulting for a three-day training (nonconsecutive days).

Building Management Excellence is a dynamic management training program that equips participants with essential skills for effective leadership and management through a blend of interactive discussions, practical exercises, and individual reflection. Designed to leverage the collective knowledge of attendees, the program integrates group dynamics, personal insights, and theory-based learning to foster personal and professional growth.

This program is intended as a three-day experience, and participants are expected to attend all sessions. Please ensure you register for each class across all three days.

About Bill Nagle

Bill Nagle

Nagle has been working in the financial services world for over 40 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of Professional Development for the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA).

At the CCUA, Nagle lead their education initiatives, including managing conferences, seminars, schools, webinars, and their network system. Previously, he spent 20 years in the banking world in the Boston area.

Nagle is a certified DISC facilitator, an instructor for the Carolinas Credit Union Association’s Leadership Development Institute, the lead instructor for the Montana’s Credit Unions’ Take the Lead program, and an instructor for the Southeast CUNA Management School.

He is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies and the New England College of Finance; and he holds a B.S.B.A. as well as a graduate certificate in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.
