New Hires & Promotions Announced at Acadia FCU and Northeast CU

Last week, Acadia FCU announced that Tanya Jandreau and Justin Dubois joined their commercial loan department, headquartered at the Fort Kent branch.

Along with the rest of the commercial lending department, Jandreau and Dubois have been working closely with management to service and expand Acadia FCU’s commercial loan portfolio. The four-person team covers all of Acadia’s service area in Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties.

“The addition of two commercial loan officers enhances our commitment to the business communities we serve,” said Michele Martin, Vice President of Lending at Acadia FCU. “The addition of more lenders will be greatly beneficial as we continue to grow our commercial portfolio, especially in the greater Bangor area and with the addition of a new branch on Broadway.”

Northeast Credit Union (NECU) announced the promotion of Regional Managers Christin Bernier, Kelly Sica, and Michael Rumo to Assistant Vice Presidents of Retail Management.

“We are extremely fortunate to have leaders with the backgrounds that Mike, Christin, and Kelly possess,” said Andrea Pruna, Senior Vice President – Chief Marketing and Retail Officer at NECU. “Together they hold a significant level of knowledge of the financial industry and have already proven themselves to be invaluable assets to NECU. I look forward to seeing how their expertise benefits not only our members, but our staff as well.”

As Assistant Vice Presidents, Bernier, Sica, and Rumo will be responsible for ensuring that branches in their regions continue to meet and exceed member service expectations. They will also be responsible for maintaining involvement within the communities they serve as well as motivating staff to reach specific goals and targets that align with those of the credit union.  Bernier now oversees the northern portion of NECU’s New Hampshire branches; Sica oversees the southern portion of NECU’s New Hampshire branches; and Rumo oversees all Maine branches of NECU, as well as the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard branch.

Congratulations to all!
