League Wins Two CUNA Diamond Awards

The Maine Credit Union League is proud to announce it has been recognized with two CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council Diamond Awards. The Diamond Awards recognize outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry. Each year, credit unions, leagues, and CUSOs from across the country submit numerous campaigns, logos, rebrands, and multi-media entries in hopes of being selected for one of these prestigious industry awards.

This year, The League won awards in the categories of Financial Education and Video Commercial – Single or Series. For Financial Education, the submission highlights the Maine Credit Unions middle school curriculum, which credit unions can access from the League’s website and use in local area schools. For the Video Commercial – Single or Series category, The League submitted the Statewide Awareness Campaign’s Real Member Stories initiative. Both of the League’s Diamond Awards earned Category’s Best distinctions.

“Our League is honored to receive two Diamond Awards, especially with Category’s Best distinctions,” said Tim Brooks, Vice President of Marketing. “A tremendous amount of hard work is done behind the scenes by our teams on these projects, so it is exciting to see that work recognized. We are proud of our financial literacy curriculums and Statewide Awareness Campaign advertising, both of which we believe benefit our credit unions, their members, and communities across the state.”
