The Atlantic FCU Foundation awarded a $30,000 grant to York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC). Financial education is a core Foundation value, and this support helps YCCAC continue empowering York County residents with programs and resources that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and brighter financial futures.
Through its Economic Opportunity programs, YCCAC leads with financial education, offering free tax preparation, coaching, credit repair, and matched savings to help families build assets. Community outreach connects residents to benefits and resources, while integrated services like Head Start, WIC, health care, weatherization, and transportation create a holistic support network. By combining financial empowerment with essential programs, YCCAC helps individuals and families achieve long-term security and a better quality of life.
