Amanda Gray
Maine Savings FCU is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Gray to Vice President of Digital Services, a key leadership role that signals the organization’s commitment to reimagining how it serves members through innovation, accessibility, and personalized support. This leadership shift also aligns with preparations for a new Digital Branch, an evolution of the Member Service Center that blends high-touch service with cutting-edge technology.
Gray most recently served as Assistant Vice President of the Member Service Center, where she led with a philosophy centered on human connection, even as the world grows increasingly digital. In her new role, she will oversee the execution of digital platform strategy while ensuring that the member experience remains inclusive and supportive for all—regardless of their level of tech comfort.
“I’m thrilled to lead this next chapter as we prepare to launch our Digital Branch,” said Gray. “Our goal is to create digital experiences that are seamless and empowering–but just as importantly, to ensure we never leave behind those who prefer a more personal, traditional connection. Digital should enhance access, not replace compassion.”
She emphasized that this new opportunity is only possible because of the exceptional strength and talent of the current Member Service Center team, and especially recognizes Bryan Rickard, the Assistant Manager of the Member Service Center, whose steady leadership, strategic mind, and support are invaluable.
Over her tenure, Gray has been instrumental in transforming service delivery, improving efficiency, strengthening team culture, and helping define what digital-first member support can look like. Now, as Vice President of Digital Services, she will expand that vision across the enterprise.
Gray started in the Member Service Center in 2018, growing her career from there. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed her MBA in 2021. Gray also is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
Gray and her family also own a quaint horse farm and are actively engaged in the horse riding community. She volunteers with several organizations, including the local library and the Riding and Driving Club.
“Amanda has an incredible ability to connect the dots between technology, people, and purpose,” said Jeff Charland, Chief Experience Officer of Maine Savings FCU. “Her leadership ensures that as we innovate, we do so with empathy, supporting both our tech-savvy members and those who still want to pick up the phone and speak with someone who truly listens.”
